HarborHack 2024 and Beyond!

The brightest minds came together this past Friday at the Harbor Walk campus of the College of Charleston for HarborHack 2024, our weekend-long, in-person hackathon. To those unable to attend the final night, we’re thrilled to announce the talented winners of this year’s HarborHack!

HarborHack Day 3, the final day is here!

Join Us for the Final Day of HarborHack!

Tonight marks an exciting conclusion to this year’s HarborHack—and guests are invited to witness the incredible work of our talented teams!

When:
The day kicks off with participating teams meeting at the auditorium at 9:00 AM, for with a short alignment meeting. Don't forget to wear a costume today if you want to win the costume prize!

Teams will be hard at work until the 4:00 PM submission deadline. Please submit early if possible and take some time to practice your pitches.

HarborHack Day 3: Final Day Schedule and Submission Details

Esteemed Participants and Guests,

Tomorrow marks the final day of HarborHack.

The building will open at 9:00 AM, and we will begin with a brief meeting in the Auditorium at HarborHack West. Teams will then have the remaining time to finalize their projects. The deadline for submissions on Devpost is 4:00 PM. We highly recommend submitting early. Please note that submissions may include video demos, slides, or any format that effectively communicates your ideas.

HarborHack 2024 starts this Friday, and we can't wait!

Our team is excited to meet you. We wanted to drop a quick note and invite you to participate in our costume contest on the last day, Sunday, October 20th, where you could win a special prize (and, of course, earn the admiration of the CharlestonHacks team). It’s close to Halloween, so why not join in the fun? Of course, regular clothes are welcome too, and don’t worry—your costume won’t affect the judging of your projects (unless you want it to!).

The time is near—HarborHack 2024 is almost here, and we couldn't be more excited!

Here are a few important things to keep in mind as you prepare for the event:

  1. Parking: Paid parking is available at the Aquarium Parking Lot, close to HarborWalk West. While we encourage carpooling, we’re happy to see you however you arrive!

  2. CharlestonHacks Meetup: Join us today from 5-7 PM at Revelry Brewing (10 Conroy St, Charleston, SC 29403) for our regular CharlestonHacks meetup. It’s a great chance to meet other hackers and get answers to any questions you may have about the hackathon.
